Tower Shields still look the same. I have a 16 Armor, +40 health (while enchanted) that completely rocks.

what about "receive damage -x"? (how high can that go up to)

While, i always go for health bonus first (at least around 30 or more) and any dmg reduc is a bonus. Max health bonus is 45, but that'll cost you a hefty amount, and max dmg reduction for while enchanted is 2, same with stance i think, hexed is 3 and so is the percent one (i.e. -3dmg, 8% chance) the percent can get as high as 10.

Crude Shields or Crimson Carapace Shields will dye completely the color you dye it. I'm not at home at the moment, so I can't add a screenshot of mine.

I tried dyeing my crimson carapace red and it turned out MAGENTA!?! Ugliest color I ever saw, really struck fear in those monsters.

Looks GREAT all silver, though.
